Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept undamaged items for an exchange of equal value within 30 days of order date, accompanied by a sales receipt.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the full amount for items returned within 7 business days of order date, accompanied by a sales receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.
Refunds on custom designed work are not provided.
All sales items are finale sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
