A full refund may be provided for undamaged unworn merchandise within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase on non-custom orders. Once the item is received and the condition is determined as undamaged, a refund will be issued through the same method as the payment was received. An exchange for equal value within 14 days of receipt of the item will be provided with proof of undamaged unworn merchandise provided by photo for re-sellable pieces. Re-sellable items are determined by Yasha. Though Yasha does not accept refunds on purchases, an exchange for equal value can be provided within 14 days of the purchase. Refunds on discounted items are not provided. Refunds cannot be combined with other offers.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. Refunds for the full amount of custom designed work are not provided. An exchange for equal value within 14 days of receipt of the item will be provided with proof of undamaged unworn merchandise provided for re-sellable pieces. Once the item is received and determined to be re-sellable an exchange for the equal amount will be provided. For items that are greater in value than the custom order, the customer will be responsible for payment of the balance.
